There are lots of inaccuracies in the 'Arriving in London' piece, not least the photograph, which is of Tower Bridge, not London Bridge.
Thing don't really 'move quickly' when you get out of Gatwick or Heathrow; Gatwick, for a start, is 35 minutes by fast train from London. I wouldn't recommend getting 'absolutely lost' on the Tube as it's expensive, generally uncomfortable, crowded and slow. Not all our buses are double deckers and they no longer have conductors. Nor do tube trains. A 'walk around the city' would take you several days. Most pubs don't brew their own beer and are not full of people watching sport on TV (although some are) and we also have some of the world's coolest cocktail bars here. Yes, you should try fish and chips, but London is a fantastically multicultural society and has a broader range of restaurants than just about any other city in the world. Just a few points from a native Londoner!
