We usually try and go down to Keswick to do our Christmas shopping. It has a lot of quirky individual shops and market stalls set up in the middle of the square.

Being a gear freak I tend to head to Keswick's Outdoor Shops. They all, always, have a sale on with great bargains.

For Christmas we just wander round all of the shops in the street. It's a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon.

Of course in winter, even the Outdoors shops are Indoors.
