Win Rugby World Cup Final Tickets

A new edition of the Official Travel Guide to the 2007 Rugby World Cup has been published and readers have a chance to win tickets to the final and semi-finals in Paris

There's a new edition of the Official Travel Guide to the 2007 Rugby World Cup, just out, and with this one there's one big difference. One lucky reader has chance to win a pair of tickets to the Rugby World Cup Final in France, being played at the Stade de France in St-Denis, Paris, on October 20th, 2007.

The Official Travel Guide to the 2007 Rugby World Cup is one of the most exciting guidebook projects I've been involved with. The only other one that's comparable for kudos was writing the National Geographic Traveler Guide to Greece. To have a whole year in which to research and write about a country I love, and to be working for the prestigious National Geographic name, is hard to top.

On the other hand, spending several weeks in summer 2006 visiting Cardiff, Edinburgh, Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Montpellier and St-Etienne, which were the Rugby World Cup venue cities that I covered with my wife Donna Dailey – well, that was pretty good too.

I guess I'll just have to enter the competition, like everybody else.
