The Royal Albert Hall, home to the Promenade Concerts, is located in the heart of South Kensington, an area overflowing with museums, cinemas, theatres and restaurants.

London has a number of good hostels offering extremely cheap accommodation, often at short notice. Baden-Powell House is situated within minutes of the Royal Albert Hall and close to the V&A, the Science and Natural History Museums.
